In the evening I went down to the casino floor, and noticed the big area surrounding me was very very dark - dark enough to save power bills and hide the dirty floor. I've never seen a hotel room with poor and cheap looks like such having almost nothing but bare walls. Upon checking in, I found that now In the hotel guest room chairs were taken away, desk light was taken away, floor lamp was taken away, bedside table lights were taken away, and hair dryer was taken away. Besides lacking amenities and services as complained by many others, Harrah's Resort appeared to me like a very hungry predator trying to rip off and take things away from their customers in many ways. I've noticed that this Casino Hotel has been deteriorating year by year since 5-6 years ago, but my latest visit last weekend really shocked me.
